We begin service contracts throughout the year. Your maximum wait time for any first-time maintenance will be two weeks depending on the schedule your area falls into.
Your watering schedule greatly depends on the area in which you live. A good rule of thumb is 1” of moisture during the warm season and 2” of moisture during the cooler weather. Watering more than 20 minutes a day, three times a week is rarely necessary. Please take into consideration: weather, shading, and condition of your lawn.
Strick Landscaping will honor a 90 day guarantee on newly installed sod that has adequate automatic irrigation.
We offer a 30 day warranty on plant material that has adequate automatic irrigation but holds no responsibility for damage due to weather conditions.
All newly installed irrigation/lighting comes with a one year warranty that runs in concurrence with any manufacturing warranty.
Our professionals will handle submitting a location ticket for utility lines, gas lines, telephone cables and internet cables.
